30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No charge is needed for refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To request an exchange, contact us at support@marlocozy.com with your order number and the item you would like exchanged. Once your return is approved and received, a replacement item will be shipped.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or not in their original condition
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet our return conditions.”
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Sale items may be eligible for return unless otherwise stated at checkout.
